- Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes across email, phone, and inventory listing portals.
- Liaise with team peers and leadership to analyze market pricing dynamics and capture sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales and capture rate targets established by Our Client's management.
- Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms.
- Engage with customers prior to and after the sale to build and maintain positive partner relationships.
