Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year A bit about us: The CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Reconciliations Specialist is responsible for accurately preparing, reviewing, and finalizing CAM reconciliations within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under tight close timelines while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You will play a critical role in the month-end and year-end close process, partnering with accounting, property management, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses and tenant billings.
