Job Title: Maintenance Manager Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for completing mechanical repairs and adjustments, performing preventative maintenance on machinery, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. You will ensure timely and accurate data entry into the maintenance system and maintain a clean and safe work area. Additional responsibilities include facility maintenance such as yard work, janitorial tasks, and snow removal, as well as verifying company assets and supporting the Safety Department. You will also direct and supervise a team of 1-5 Maintenance Technicians, and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Complete mechanical repairs and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned and required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
• Enter data into the maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform facility maintenance, including yard, janitorial tasks, and snow removal.
• Verify and maintain company assets.
• Support the Safety Department as needed.
• Direct and supervise 1-5 Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Mechanical and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Maintenance management and supervision experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related craft.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Advanced electrical knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.

The work environment is non-climate controlled with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to work from 5am to 5pm if needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Catoosa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
