Company Description The SoCal Eagles is a division of Missionary Athletes International (MAI). We offer a progressive pathway through the game of soccer and volleyball, aimed at meeting players and coaches where they are, and moving them to the next level. Our goal is for everyone to experience: Excellent Soccer / Volleyball, Authentic Community, Spiritual Growth, and Ministry Involvement. Through the common enjoyment of these worldwide sports, we are able to build relationships that allow us to share the message of God’s redeeming love. Role Description SoCal Eagles are seeking a Youth Club Director to serve young athletes, their families, and Eagles staff by introducing them to Jesus, teaching them to follow Jesus, and empowering them as leaders through the global environment of soccer. The Club Director is an essential Lead Team position in our office with recruiting, planning, implementing, staff management, and financial responsibilities. This individual needs to be passionate about the youth sports environment and opportunities to shape young lives and Eagles staff in Christ and sport. Energetic – Collaborative – Joyful – Courageous – Faithful - “Builder” - Network Oriented – Coaching Mentality – Journeying with Jesus – Inclusive – With Vision Key Responsibilities Lead club player experience utilizing our existing soccer and volleyball programs and grow our leagues, teams, and staff to a “medium” sized club over 2-3 years. Network relationships in the youth space – ensure that players, families, and coaches know their opportunities in our organization. Ensure that our league and facility relationships are well maintained. Shape the vision and future of Eagle’s ministry to club/youth athletes. Integrate Youth Programs into the Eagle’s Ministry Pathway. Must have qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3 or more years of experience in sport or ministry context USSF B license / equivalent or higher Full-time – Year-round Compensation: $70,000 (Hybrid support raising and program revenue) #J-18808-Ljbffr
