Sr. Vascular Clinical Specialist, Philadelphia

Medtronic seeks a Senior Vascular Clinical Specialist in Philadelphia to provide technical and clinical expertise for vascular products and procedures. The role involves supporting physicians and healthcare teams in treating peripheral arterial, venous, carotid, and fistula conditions, with flexibility for urgent cases and regional travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for vascular product portfolio to physicians and care teams across multiple therapies
• Deliver one-on-one training, in-service programs, and case support to drive therapy adoption and product proficiency
• Support sales representatives with complex procedure coverage and urgent customer needs including evenings and weekends
• Manage inventory performance through audits, consignment agreements, and purchase order collection across customer accounts
• Build relationships with physicians and administrators to expand customer engagement and identify market feedback for strategy development

Requirements

• High school diploma plus minimum 8 years healthcare/field sales experience, or associate's degree plus 6 years, or bachelor's degree plus 4 years
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medical device industry
• Strong project management and coordination skills in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver's license, active insurance, and company-approved driving record
• Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, work 8+ hours daily, and tolerate clinical environment exposure
• Capability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods and maintain necessary vision for patient care
