Position Overview
An Immigration Business Paralegal role focused on supporting attorneys with complex, high-value immigration cases. This position requires hands-on experience in business immigration processes and the ability to manage active casework with minimal supervision. The role offers strong growth potential within a fast-paced legal environment.
Compensation & Perks

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 based on experience
Performance-based bonus incentives
Health insurance is provided after 90 days
Annual rewards for top performers, including additional paid vacation
2 weeks of paid time off

Work Structure

Full-time, Monday to Friday, primarily on-site
Hybrid flexibility may be considered after training

Key Responsibilities

Manage deadlines and maintain communication with clients on active cases
Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
Assist with RFEs, consular processing, and adjustment of status cases
Review corporate and financial documents to support filings

Required Experience & Skills

Direct experience in business immigration as a paralegal or legal assistant
Familiarity with visa categories such as E-2, EB-5, L-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, and PERM
Experience with USCIS filings and documentation requirements
Background in an immigration or business law setting

Role Significance

Involves complex, detail-oriented casework
Requires the ability to contribute immediately with minimal training
Plays a key role in supporting attorneys and ensuring case accuracy and timeliness
