Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of new clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific circumstances and goals, modifying them as necessary throughout therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage clients in meaningful discussions, promoting self-reflection, resilience, and adaptive coping mechanisms through talk therapy.

• Monitor clients’ progress by maintaining accurate records of treatment sessions, assessments, and outcomes while adhering to confidentiality regulations.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any co-occurring disorders that may arise.

• Provide clients with information on financial implications and assist them in navigating their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be sensitive to the unique cultural contexts and personal experiences of each client, allowing for tailored interventions that truly meet their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a professional counselor in the state of Texas, with active registration to practice as an LPC.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of ethical practices and client confidentiality.

• Proficiency in multiple local languages is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive therapy and understanding of varying socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise in the field.
