That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see, it’s embedded in how we operate every day.We’re looking for a Concierge who takes pride in delivering a polished, high-touch resident experience and creating a welcoming, service-driven environment at every interaction.The OpportunityIn this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering elevated experiences through attentive service, strong communication and a consistent presence in the community.Key areas of focus include:Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretionAct as a central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service executionMaintain visibility in the lobby, balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activityCreate a consistent, polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs.Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, ensuring issues are resolved without escalation.This is a role for someone who is naturally service-driven, builds rapport naturally, and understands that their presence sets the tone for how the community feels day to day.What You Bring to the TeamYou have a solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or service environments with elevated standards.More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
