Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator will work closely with the IGNITE team to attract, screen, help hire and retain temporary staff at a specific client location. He/she will also be responsible for conducting candidate onboarding, possibly drug screens and background checks. He/She will also support other staffing office functions, maintain electronic filing and other administrative tasks. Candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Promotes the organizational values of Respect, Integrity, Perseverance and Serve Leads and drives corporate culture Demonstrates safety consciousness at all times and reports safety questions/concerns. Promotes safety as a business value vs. business priority, through training, focusing, and informing others about company safety practices and procedures. Conducts drug screens and background checks as needed. Enters, updates and maintains personnel records in employee database. Communicates requirements and duties to prospective candidates. Deploys all new hire packages and onboarding documents as needed. Ensure correct/complete I9 and E-Verify for all candidates Maintains good relationships with all candidates, employees and corporate clients. Keeps records of candidate interviews and reports them to the Ignite Leadership. Participates at recruiting events. Help team with various Onsite responsibilities as well as events/check-ins Other duties as assigned by the Onsite manager, Onsite supervisor or Market Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
