Supervisor

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor for our warehouse operation in Findlay, OH. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for leading warehouse team members, supporting forklift operations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the shift running accurately and efficiently. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader with background in warehouse supervision, forklift operation, shipping, receiving, inventory control, loading, unloading, safety, and team leadership. The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor will help coordinate daily warehouse activity, coach team members, monitor performance, and ensure customer requirements are met throughout the shift. Responsibilities Supervise and support warehouse team members during 2nd shift Coordinate daily warehouse workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals Operate a forklift as needed to move, stage, load, unload, and stack materials Monitor team performance and communicate issues to warehouse leadership Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and proper work practices Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Train, coach, and support warehouse team members Support accurate inventory movement through scanning, reporting, and system transactions Verify trailers and equipment are safe before loading Complete shipping paperwork, warehouse documentation, and system updates accurately Communicate with supervisors, drivers, customers, and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience required Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience required Valid driver’s license required Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, shipping, receiving, or scanning preferred Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work on‑site in Findlay, OH Preferred Qualifications Experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL environment Experience with shipping documentation, trailer verification, inventory control, and warehouse reporting Experience training, coaching, or mentoring warehouse team members Pay and Benefits Salary range: $52,000–$55,000 per year Bonus opportunity up to 5% 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Employee assistance programPaid time off Opportunities for advancement About Bluegrass Supply Chain Services Bluegrass Supply Chain Services provides value‑added warehousing and warehouse management solutions that help customers improve efficiency, accuracy, and service.
