Vice President of Product

Avant-garde Health is seeking a product visionary and leader for our team. We are at an incredibly exciting time with new mandatory Medicare bundled payment programs (TEAM, CJR-X) accelerating demand. Also, the advances in AI create enormous potential to enhance our current solutions and build transformative new ones. This role will involve working closely with hospital executives and clinicians to identify opportunities for enhancing care processes, reducing costs, and improving outcomes through our product solutions. You will partner with the rest of the company leadership to help shape the business strategy and culture. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about driving impactful changes within health systems and surgery centers, but it is not a prerequisite that you have worked in this space. Avant-garde provides health systems, surgery centers, and physicians with comprehensive insight into their surgical care through our software and empowers them to improve their finances and deliver the best care possible to their patients. We integrate sophisticated analytics with deep industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Partner with company leadership to define our long-term product vision and strategy. Develop our product roadmap with clear milestones and refine our product planning processes. Build, mentor, and lead the product management and design team. Collaborate with our engineering team on our product roadmap development and execution. Engage in deep market and user research with health system and surgery center administrators and physicians. Actively contribute to our sales conversations to help drive them forward. Work with our customer success team to help our clients fully utilize our solutions. Help inform our marketing messaging and product marketing. Contribute to culture and foster cross-functional collaboration across the company. Potentially oversee our data setup and processing efforts. Qualifications: At least 8 years of product experience with at least 2 in a leadership role. Experience developing and bringing a 0 to 1 product to market. Passion for and experience utilizing AI and data in products. Excited to be a leader and to roll up sleeves and be a doer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
