Medical Assistant – MA-C (Primary Care)Location: Issaquah, WA | Outpatient Primary Care ClinicSchedule / Job Type: Contract (Temp-to-Hire) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5×8-hour shifts)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical support within a primary care outpatient setting under the direction of licensed providersPerform patient intake, vital signs, and rooming duties in preparation for provider visitsDocument patient information and clinical data accurately using EPIC electronic health records (experience required)Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care tasks within MA-C scope of practiceMaintain a safe, organized clinical environment in accordance with facility protocolsRequired QualificationsActive MA-C certification (Washington State) required — must be in hand at time of submissionBLS certification requiredMinimum of 6 months of experience working as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient clinic settingProficiency with EPIC electronic health records requiredReliable personal transportation required; public transportation is not sufficient for this roleMust be a local candidate within a 50-mile radius of the facility; locals are welcome and encouraged to applyMust be open and willing to convert to a permanent position at the conclusion of the contract — this is a required expectation for eligibilityPreferred Experience / SkillsExperience in an adult outpatient or primary care clinic settingExperience in a pediatric outpatient or private physician's office setting may be consideredFamiliarity with clinical workflows and documentation standards in a high-volume outpatient environmentWhy Join UsThis temp-to-hire opportunity offers a clear pathway to permanent placement for qualified local candidates seeking long-term stabilityWork a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends, no on-call, and no floating requiredAbout Us: All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
