Facilities Maintenance Manager, Licensed Master Plumber Location: 6304 N 99th St, Omaha, NE 68134-1528 Salary: $90,000 - $180,000 per year Job Type: Regular / Permanent Position Summary Directs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. Evaluates current and future projects, determines equipment needs, enhances efficiency, and ensures proper system functioning. Develops standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs. Leads sustainability initiatives, resolves vendor and contractor issues, and oversees business plans and projects. Supervises workforce, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provides leadership, mentorship, and fosters a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
