Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.89 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri02:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Manage the front desk area by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records. Monitor access points, communications systems, and security-related equipment from a stationary post; report irregularities or access concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Support a professional reception environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by directing visitors, answering routine inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
