Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description

Looking for a fresh start or a new career path? Farmers Insurance – District 17 is hiring motivated individuals who are ready to grow personally and professionally in the Rio Rancho area.

You don’t need prior insurance experience —we’ll provide everything you need, including licensing classes, training, and ongoing support .

About the Role:

As an Insurance Producer, you’ll work with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions. You'll also focus on building lasting relationships through excellent service and strong communication.

Promote and sell a range of insurance products
Build and maintain a customer base
Offer outstanding service and support
Meet individual and team performance goals
