Pura Vida HQ LLC (dba Pura Vida Miami) seeks to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager w/ BA in HR, Business, Law (or fgn eqv). Candidate will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly & management roles across 30+ locations; partner w/ GMs & Regional Directors on staffing plans & new store openings; manage ATS (eg., UKG Ready), job posts, pipelines, job descriptions & onboarding; support employee relations, accommodations/ADA & workers’ comp, and ensure employment-law & policy compliance; prepare hiring/HR reports for leadership.
