Key Responsibilities\n

• Establishes a strong therapeutic rapport with patients to foster trust and openness, essential for effective therapy.

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions.

• Develops individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, ensuring that their specific goals and challenges are addressed.

• Facilitates engaging counseling sessions with individuals and couples, employing evidence-based therapies and interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Regularly meets with patients to assess progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Participates in case consultations with colleagues and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Maintains thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications\n
