Key Responsibilities include: In a cleanroom environment, assemble, configure, install, and test mechanical components and electro-mechanical components. Utilize various pressure, flow, calibration and temperature instrumentation. Perform product flow testing of flow restrictors and monitor and record test data. Perform verification testing and meet quality standards. Perform visual inspection of flow restrictor assemblies and incoming production material and collect samples for further inspection if required. Package and label flow restrictors for inventory and shipment. Work from detailed assembly instructions, drawings and specifications, under guidance of the manufacturing engineer.
