Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator

Personalized orthodontics is a family owned busy, patient-focused orthodontic practice seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator ( must have dental front office experience) to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping patients, and love creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and patient communications
- Confirm appointments and maintain an organized schedule
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information
- Assist with patient flow and support front office operations
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical team members, and patients
- Coordinate referrals, patient transfers, and continuity of care with outside providers
- Help ensure a positive and seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental or medical scheduling experience (1 Year +)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with scheduling software and computer systems
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
