Practice Coordinator

This role is central to ensuring efficient, high-performing clinical operations as a Health Center Manager, overseeing daily workflows and supporting care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered services. The position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive patient and staff experience while upholding the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compassionate care.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for the day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinic and all its employees. Ensure staff is working productively and professionally.Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines.Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient feedback and leads the process of resolving complaints and service.Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as necessary.Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, EMR management and supply management.Responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA.Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers and train new team members.Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well maintained.Communicate effectively and immediately to management regarding site and staff issues, including escalating staff patient or facility issues.Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews, feedback and disciplinary action.Assist with other duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGEStrong communication skills, including active listening and empathy.Proficient in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc).Ability or willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills.Must possess a strong sense of professionalismExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writingAbility to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructionsAbility to concentrate, think, and learnAbility to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEHighschool degree or equivalent required, Associates degree in related field preferredTwo years of medical office experienceWorking knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and schedulingWilling to travel between multiple sitesBLS CertifiedActive LPN or RN License preferredAt least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office, outpatient setting preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
