JOB DETAILS
- Meet and greet visitors and patients with outstanding customer service.Handle calls with polish, poise and professionalism answering questions and providing information about the practice and its services
- Make and confirm appointments ensuring patients have advance preparation details to ensure they arrive ready for their procedure
- Handle administrative work task, such as billing, collect and document payments
- Corresponding with patients via phone, email and social media
- Ensure the Reception and Front Office areas are always clean, well-stocked and organized
- Stay current with products and services to provide information to patients regarding benefits of products
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in some areas of aesthetics (Derm, Spa, Plastics....)
- Upbeat and enthusiastic personality to engage callers and visitors
- Personal polished presentation, professional communication skills (written and spoken)
- Eager and able to quickly learn new processes and work with management as new opportunities evolve
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, able to adjust priorities to suit ever-changing needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Product sales skills with an ability to proactively discuss the benefits of products and services with a goal to selling products and booking consultations and procedures
- Fine attention to detail and follow-through; able to prioritize and manage tasks with minimum guidance
- Strong computer skills with EMR experience highly desired
- Medical Assistant certification a plus to help you understand and explain procedures to callers
- Prior medical office experience required (beyond externship)
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- M-F 40-hr work week. Primarily 8:30-5:00p
- Paid Medical insurance, Vacation, Sick, Holidays and 401(k)
- $26-28/hr depending on experience (years of experience, medical assisting cert....)
