Membership Manager

Reporting to the Strategic Partnership Director, the Membership Manager is responsible for managing relationship supporting tools to advance EGA's membership of 200+ foundations and giving programs, building a network of peers dedicated to transformative learning, mutual accountability, and courageous action. The Membership Manager leads development and facilitation of funder-to-funder collaboration tools and practices to help us achieve our strategic framework while bringing in our Racial Equity POV to all decisions. The Membership Manager is a relational network weaver. They set the conditions and facilitate our dues renewals, membership recruitment, and member engagement.
