BIM Specialist

We are working with a well-established engineering consulting firm seeking a BIM Specialist to support the digital delivery of design projects across multiple offices. This role will focus on project setup, software support, training, and maintaining BIM standards across teams. Responsibilities Set up and update design projects, including creating MEP/FP Autodesk Revit models Ensure projects align with client standards and internal workflows Provide software support by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions Train team members on best practices and company standards Maintain content libraries and standards Requirements Experience with Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD Strong understanding of design workflows and terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Experience in the AEC industry OR degree/certificate in CAD, Engineering, or related field Preferred Experience with Autodesk cloud tools (Forma) Strong Revit knowledge including families, parameters, and troubleshooting Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks, and Newforma Schedule Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote During onboarding, expect to be in office full-time for training Strong compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term growth opportunity with a very stable firm.
