Badger State Staffing is seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time position based in Appleton. In this role, you will act as a sustainability advocate, developing new accounts and business opportunities to help local industries reduce their environmental footprint. You will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with prospects and retained accounts, with a heavy emphasis on outside sales efforts.

Primary Duties:

• Work with existing marketing staff to develop and execute marketing plans and programs
• Prepare flyers, post cards, brochures, newspaper articles, press releases, quotes and client agreements
• Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM database
• Complete marketing calls in Southern Wisconsin, Northing Illinois, and Eastern Minnesota
• Assist with promotional events as needed with administrative / set-up functions

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related environmental field is highly preferred
• 2+ years of success in a sales role with a focus on building long-term partnerships
• Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record for regional travel
• Capable of multi-tasking, as well as organizing and completing a wide range of tasks
• Experienced in developing and implementing creative strategies for marketing efforts
