Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients.Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.Provide culturally competent care to patients.
