Finance Assistant

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary depending on workload) Flip Your Career with Mennel! Who You Are The ideal Finance Assistant is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. You excel at balancing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and working collaboratively across departments. You bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to accuracy in every task. What You’ll Do As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial processes, inventory integrity, and compliance across plant operations. Your work will directly contribute to reporting accuracy, vendor management, and overall operational success. Your responsibilities will include: Review and reconcile inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate adjustments Support accounts receivable reconciliation, shipment payment verification, and financial compliance reporting Manage vendor certification compliance, including insurance, workers’ compensation, and confidentiality agreements Gather and input production data for performance analysis and reporting Coordinate quarterly and year-end inventory counts Assist with month-end close processes and maintain plant communication updates What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college degree or technical coursework preferred Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or administrative support Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadline management Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Why Join Mennel?
