Employee Relations & Compliance Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Compliance Manager to support the delivery of employee relations, workplace compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across a fast‑paced, global technology environment. Requirements 5+ years of progressive employee relations, compliance, employment law, workplace investigations, or related HR experience Demonstrated experience conducting complex workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace regulations, compliance requirements, and employee relations best practices Experience supporting formal performance management processes and coaching leaders through difficult employee situations Proven ability to assess organizational risk, exercise sound judgment, and provide practical business‑focused recommendations Benefits 60+ hour pay #J-18808-Ljbffr Releady
