What You'll Do Client Success & Database Manager Wesley Chapel, FL (In-Office Preferred) Full-Time At My Easy Mortgage , we don't believe our relationship with a client ends at the closing table—it begins there. We're looking for an organized, proactive, relationship-focused professional to own and grow one of our most valuable assets: our client and referral database. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves organization, technology, marketing, and building lasting relationships. You'll play a critical role in helping us generate repeat business, referrals, and exceptional client experiences. Manage and maintain our CRM/database to ensure all client information is accurate and up to date. Create systems that ensure no client, lead, or referral partner falls through the cracks. Coordinate ongoing communication with past clients through calls, emails, text campaigns, newsletters, and special events. Schedule annual mortgage reviews and follow-up campaigns. Track birthdays, home purchase anniversaries, and other important client milestones. Monitor opportunities for refinances, HELOCs, move-up buyers, and investment property purchases. Keep our lead pipeline organized and ensure timely follow-up by our loan team. Build and maintain workflows that improve efficiency and accountability. Generate reports and provide insights on database health, client engagement, and follow-up activity. Assist with client appreciation events, online review campaigns, and referral partner outreach. Continuously identify ways to improve client retention and increase repeat and referral business. What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable learning and using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude and a genuine desire to create an outstanding client experience. Mortgage, real estate, banking, financial services, or CRM experience is preferred but not required.
