Project Management Coordinator

The client is seeking a Project Management Coordinator – Marketing & Communications for a remote contract assignment expected to last 12 months. The role supports marketing and communications workstreams related to technology enhancements within the organization’s recordkeeping business. The coordinator will help ensure projects move forward by managing timelines, compliance submissions, project documentation, and stakeholder communications. key responsibilities include managing project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams; coordinating compliance submissions, approvals, and required documentation; and tracking project status, action items, dependencies, and deadlines, escalating issues as needed. The coordinator will partner across business, marketing, communications, sales enablement, compliance, legal, writers, designers, and external agencies, attending meetings, documenting action items, and following up with stakeholders to keep work on track. the ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously. Relevant experience in project coordination, PMO, marketing operations, communications, or related areas is required, with financial services experience strongly preferred and an interest or background in marketing and communications considered a plus. Experience with compliance or legal review processes is also a plus, and familiarity with internal project management tools such as Workfront and/or Seismic may be beneficial but is not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
