HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist

llumine8 is hiring a HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist to own the CRM, automation, and data operations behind our clients' HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service systems. You'll architect clean, scalable CRM structures, build the automations that move revenue, and keep client data trustworthy — for a portfolio of growing small businesses. This is a hands-on build role. If you can design a lead-nurture workflow in your sleep and spot a broken data map from a mile away, read on. What you'll own CRM management — Set up, audit, and maintain HubSpot portals across all hubs: object and property architecture, lifecycle stage logic, permissions, and system health. Data operations & health — Own data hygiene, deduplication, governance, and the syncs between HubSpot and other data sources. Automation at scale — Design lead-to-revenue automations using workflows, sequences, and cross-object data logic in Operations Hub. Reporting — Build dashboards and multi-touch attribution reports client teams actually use. Client partnership — Onboard clients and translate complex technical systems into plain English. What we're looking for 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM implementation (agency experience a plus) HubSpot certifications and hands-on depth across all hubs, especially Operations Hub Proven data-management skills: hygiene, integrations/syncs, structuring data at scale Comfort with reporting and automation tooling (Looker Studio, GA4, Zapier, native syncs); SQL or formula fluency a bonus A working fluency with AI tools — using AI to accelerate data cleanup, reporting, workflow building, and day-to-day ops, and a curiosity about applying HubSpot's AI features (Breeze) to client systems and other AI tools (Claude) Strong grasp of the full buyer's journey and marketing-to-sales funnel automation #J-18808-Ljbffr Illumine8
