Job Details

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates, bid packages, and project proposals
Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
Develop and maintain project schedules
Manage projects from award through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and forecasts
Conduct project meetings and maintain client communication
Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
Manage procurement and material deliveries
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience in commercial or general construction
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Experience preparing and updating project schedules
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong cost control, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Preferred Skills
Commercial construction experience
Design-build project experience
Public works or municipal project experience
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
Experience with subcontractor buyout, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
