Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility in work hours with options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather critical information related to social, personal, environmental, and health factors that influence their mental health.

• Evaluate and treat various psychological conditions within your scope of practice, focusing on effective resolution strategies.

• Design and implement programs and activities that address clients’ social and emotional needs, fostering resilience and coping skills.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health treatment, including crisis intervention and effective referrals to community resources.

• Maintain a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, which is essential for effective client engagement.

• Document treatment plans and outcomes meticulously, ensuring that all client records adhere to established protocols and are reflective of ongoing services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
