Senior Director, Competitive Intelligence & Market Research

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute primary and secondary market research programs supporting brand planning and demand forecasting
- Lead competitive intelligence function, synthesizing market sources and information into aligned repository
- Manage relationships with external market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics suppliers
- Build cross-functional relationships across marketing, sales, medical affairs, and forecasting teams
- Manage brand-level insights budget and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- 15+ years in brand marketing, market research, business analytics, or competitive intelligence
- 5+ years experience in biopharmaceuticals industry
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Rare Disease market experience preferred
- U.S. work authorization required
