Senior Building & Fire Plans Examiner — Lead Review
Gilbert, Arizona
Town of Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Building & Fire Plans Examiner Senior to review complex plans for code compliance and mentor junior staff. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with overtime eligibility. You will manage plan reviews from permit through final inspection, provide expert guidance to developers and contractors, and maintain accurate records in our electronic system.
