Experienced Executive Assistant needed for a prestigious Wealth Management firm in Charleston!
The firm is seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives and a financial background. This is an excellent opportunity to become the right hand to the President of a growing and highly respected firm.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Complex calendar management
- Executive email management
- Managing personal real estate investments
- Paying bills and handling financial matters
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel
- High-level executive and personal administrative support
A financial background is required. Prior experience with Leaf Planner is a plus!
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential and financial information with professionalism and discretion.
