To thrive as a Woodshop Fabrication & Assembly Specialist at Next Step of West Michigan, you'll need a solid foundation in woodworking, carpentry, or fabrication!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Hands on experience in woodworking, carpentry, or fabrication.
• Strong understanding of woodworking tools and safe operation practices.
• Ability to read measurements accurately and follow technical instructions.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
