Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Work-From-Home Insurance Consultant to guide clients through important insurance decisions. You will work with individuals and families who are interested in learning about life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options. We provide warm leads, comprehensive online training, coaching, and resources so you can focus on helping clients and building a successful remote career.

Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective clients through warm leads * Schedule and lead virtual consultations * Listen carefully to client needs and concerns * Explain insurance benefits and available coverage options * Help clients make informed decisions * Provide exceptional follow-up and customer support * Maintain accurate and professional communication records * Participate in regular coaching and team training

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
