  Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Key Duties:

• Assist in managing, drafting, preparing legal documents, reviewing legal documentation, drafting shell pleadings and motions and client communications.
• Daily tasks include assisting attorneys with case preparation, organizing case files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• The role also involves coordinating and managing all aspects of litigation including filings and court schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization competency with the ability to track deadlines, including case statute of limitations.
• Strong knowledge or court rules, filings, docketing, and litigation procedures.
• Proficiency and utilization of technology

especially case management systems like Filevine (or comparable software), with a strong preference for Filevine.

• At least 5 years of previous paralegal experience in a litigation setting, personal injury preferred.
• Paralegal certification or bachelor’s degree a plus.
