Nursing Staff Scheduler

• Full Time

• Monday - Friday Day Shift

• Long Term Care Experience Required

• Previous Scheduling Experience Required

• HR Assistant Experience Preferred

Now Hiring: Nursing Staff Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain staff schedules

• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.

• Maintain communication with HR regarding FMLA, non FMLA leaves, employee resignations, status changes, and other necessary information as it arises.

• Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process.

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.

• Computer knowledge.

• Long Term Care Experience Required

• Previous Scheduling Experience Required

• HR Assistant Experience Preferred
