Senior Director, Downstream Marketing - Hugo Product Management & US Region Marketing

Medtronic seeks a Senior Director to lead global product management and U.S. regional marketing for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system. The role establishes worldwide Hugo strategy, lifecycle priorities, and translates market insights into product requirements, positioning, and launch plans while directing U.S. marketing execution and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Develop global market requirements, positioning, value propositions, and downstream product strategy for Hugo system
- Lead global Hugo product management including customer research, competitive analysis, portfolio planning, and lifecycle decisions
- Direct U.S. Region Marketing team priorities, launch execution, congress strategy, and sales enablement programs
- Partner with regional marketing teams to align global Hugo product strategy with regional commercial needs and resources
- Provide strategic support to U.S. sales organization, translating global strategy into field priorities and customer-facing programs
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management and marketing strategy in medical device or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional global teams and regional marketing organizations
- Track record translating customer insights and competitive analysis into product strategy and commercial execution
- Deep knowledge of surgical markets, robotic-assisted surgery, or minimally invasive technology preferred
- Strong ability to balance global product priorities with regional commercial needs and stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in market research, segmentation, positioning, lifecycle planning, and launch management
