Legal Collections Manager - Hybrid

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Legal Collections Manager with expertise within the Professional Services industry. This role is hybrid. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage Collection activities for domestic and international accounts
- Prepare and present revenue projection reports to Executive Management teams
- Negotiate payment terms with clients on past due invoices to facilitate realization of cash receipts
- Coordinate with the billing and cash application teams regarding outstanding items
- Prepare and present detailed reports utilizing Elite, 3E, and Advanced Excel skills
- Lead AR & Collection related workflow projects
- Hire, Train, and manage collections staff
- Professional service industry related experience, (Law Firm, Public Accounting, Engineering, etc.)
- Aderant, Elite, 3E coupled with Advance Excel skills
- Ability to work in office 3/2 schedule
- Ability to lead by example in this "hands on" role
