SENIOR REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Senior Regional DirectorThis individual serves as the primary representative of the sector for the designated region within their operating division. They will successfully coordinate and directs all activities within the assigned region through subordinate managers and directors.Key Responsibilities:Prepares regional budget and overall P&L accountability for assigned regionEnsures quality control systems are documentedAssures highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plansMaintains direct contact with client to ensure strong relationships are maintainedPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit facility management, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution or other Support Services areas in lieu of degreeProven experience in successfully managing P&L budgetsStrong track record of client or customer satisfactionProven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
