Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and clinic protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, guided by clinical team needs, to facilitate effective evaluations and treatment responses.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as community partners, to enhance service delivery and resource availability.

• Promote open communication to meet contract standards and align with the organization's mission within the community.
\n
• Participate in personal and professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the clinic in community engagements.

• Advocate for and integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles into daily practice.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000, reflective of your experience and expertise within the field. Additional compensation incentives include productivity bonuses, with a focus on rewarding exceptional performance.
