We are seeking a LADC or ADC-T to provide substance use counseling and mental health support to clients in our 16‑bed women's residential treatment program. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to grow with our organization. The counselor will carry a caseload of up to 8 clients and work collaboratively with our team to provide high‑quality, person‑centered treatment. Counselor Caseload: 8 Work Location: In‑person located at 1394 Jackson Street Suite #300 St. Paul, MN 55117 Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to clients in accordance with 245G treatment standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Complete assessments and facilitate referrals as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery. Provide education and support to clients regarding relapse prevention, coping strategies, and life skills. Participate in team meetings, staff training, and program development efforts. Qualifications Age 18 or older LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or ADC‑T with license in good standing or dual licensed with mental health licensure or pre‑licensure (LAMFT/LMFT, LGSW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC) Experience working in a residential treatment setting preferred but not required. Must be able to pass MN NETStudy 2.0 background check Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and contributing to a positive, growth‑oriented environment Why Join Us?
