What's the role?
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the REMS and Secure Storage team. This role is a key brand ambassador for the company providing exceptional customer service to all they interact with. This includes:
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors by phone, email, or in person.
- Providing administrative support to REMS team including correspondence, coordinating appointments, handling office mail, scanning and assembling documents, etc,
- Assisting tenants and property owners with requested information, delivery of documents and payments, and general inquiries.
- Assist with preparation of paperwork and delivery of leases and property management documents.
- Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and records. This includes scanning, filing and retrieving physical and digital documents.
- Processing and managing invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Assisting with various special project as needed by the property management team.
- Build positive relationships with tenants to foster a sense of community and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
- Comfortable working daily in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with our customers on the phone, via email, and in person.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a related administrative support role or working at a property management company highly desired.

What's the schedule?
This role generally supports our office hours of Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
