Office ManagerDo you like making systems work, learning technology quickly, and being the person others can rely on to keep things moving?Reidy Law Office is looking for an Office Manager who can grow into a trusted first-line leader across office operations, billing oversight, people administration, technology support, and process improvement. This is a full-time, in-office role in Orland Park, Illinois, for someone who is organized, technologically confident, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant reminders.The Office Manager helps ensure the Firm's administrative operations run consistently and efficiently. The role oversees the billing function while a Billing Assistant performs much of the recurring billing work; supervises designated administrative team members; coordinates office, personnel, recruiting, and onboarding administration; provides first-line help with routine technology issues; and helps document and improve Firm systems and procedures.This is a growth-oriented management role. We do not require someone who has already held a senior management title. We care more about evidence that you learn quickly, use technology confidently, follow through, respect systems, communicate well, and have the judgment and potential to grow into broader leadership responsibility.
