We are a Chicagoland provider of exclusive, high-end audio/video and automation products, based out of Homer Glen.
The Office Manager Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing the necessary project-specific and accounting functions. The applicant must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle several tasks at once. Will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of the interdependencies associated with job cost processing, accounts payable & receivable processing.
Qualifications:
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word/Excel, QuickBooks is a must
- Effective organizational skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong team member collaboration skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent organizational with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Detail Orientated
The hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
