Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled CNC Programmer in Oakwood, GA . Apply today if you have experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment, CNC programming, or both!
In a CNC Programmer job, youll be responsible for:- Creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for production
- Operating fiber laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Setting up and running laser cutting jobs according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
- Making program adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and material utilization
- Previous experience with CNC programming
- Previous experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment
- Ability to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs rather than simply operate pre-programmed jobs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
- Direct hire opportunities available for qualified candidates
- First shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM
- Pay: $23.00$25.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and qualifications
