Licensed Insurance Account Manager

Successful State Farm Agency has an immediate opening for a Licensed Insurance Account Manager. State Farm experience is preferred.

1. Active Property and Casualty insurance license

2. Able to commute to our office location in The Woodlands, TX (this is an in-office position).

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• State Farm experience is preferred
• Property and Casualty insurance license
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
