Role Summary Extreme Networks isseekinga strategic and experienced SrField Marketing Specialist to leadfield marketinginitiativesin publicsector, including US Federal space . Thisroledrivespipeline generation, acceleratessales cycles, andplaysa major rolein growing revenue.Asa member of theGlobal Demand Generation team,in this role youwill evolve the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact field marketingcustomer acquisitionand expansionprograms-virtual and in-person fieldevents,targeted demand generation andaccount-based campaigns,and integrated full funnel marketing channel initiatives.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in field marketing, cross-functional collaboration,maximizing ROI, anddata-driven decision-making. Reporting to the US Field and Growth Marketing Directorinthis roleyou willwork collaboratively on the regional direct/channel strategy and execution as well as support related growth marketing initiatives for the Americas region. Key Responsibilities Strategic Ownership: Define and execute the field marketing strategy for your specific segment(s) aligned with corporateobjectives, marketing goals, and sales targets. Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategy and tactics. Designrepeatable, scalable programs and processes that generate predictable pipeline growth. Data-Driven Strategy: Buildand refine a field marketing strategy based on rigorous ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics. PipelineManagement: Deliver measurable pipeline targets with full accountability for conversion acrossyour segment(s), targetaccountsand vertical segments.Optimizeprograms and processes that continuously improve conversion rates. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and alignment with key stakeholder organizations including Sales, Channel, BDR, Corporate Marketing, Marketing Services - Operations, Integrated Campaigns, Digital. ImpactfulContent: Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to develop value proposition messaging and inform content strategy. Support the sales team byidentifyingassets and customizing content to execute successful campaigns to support the sales motion. Partner Campaigns: Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies supporting pipeline generation goals with key partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but notrequired). Pipeline Expertise:7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies, with direct pipeline accountability and proventrack recordof exceeding revenue targets. Industry Expertise:Experience inUSPublic Sector, and US Federal Public Sector (required). RevenueGrowth: Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B environments. Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to create breakthrough programs beyond traditional events-digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies Systems & Process: Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows Stakeholder Management: Strong partnership skills with sales leaders, with the ability to speak their language around pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact Data & Analytics: Advancedproficiencyin pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce, HubSpot and other data analysis platforms Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Program Management & Operational Rigor: Highly organizedwith the ability to prioritize and deliver resultsacrossmultipledemand generation initiativesin a fast-paced environment. 20%-25%domestic travel Extreme Networks, Inc.
